Thank you for shopping with Mann Nutrition. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase from our website.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after business hours or during peak periods may require additional processing time. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor delivery progress. If there are any delays or issues with your order, our support team will notify you as soon as possible.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship across the United States using trusted carriers such as:

International Shipping

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other government charges depending on the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient.
Most countries charge import duties on international shipments before the package can be released by customs authorities. Under international shipping practices (Delivered Duty Unpaid / DAP), the customer is responsible for paying these charges to clear the shipment.
Customs Compliance & Regulations
Each country has its own regulations regarding the import of dietary supplements, vitamins, and health products. Some countries may limit the quantity that can be imported for personal use or require additional documentation.
For example, certain countries such as Canada and Australia may restrict supplement imports to quantities intended for personal use only (often up to a three-month supply). It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the products ordered comply with the import laws and regulations of the destination country.
Customs Delays or Seized Shipments
Mann Nutrition is not responsible for packages that are delayed, held, inspected, returned, or confiscated by customs authorities due to local laws, product restrictions, or regulatory compliance requirements.
If a shipment is held by customs:
• The customer may need to provide documentation
• Customs authorities may request duties or taxes
• Customs may refuse or return the shipment
In such cases, Mann Nutrition cannot guarantee delivery or provide refunds for goods that are seized, destroyed, or rejected by customs authorities.
Refused or Undeliverable International Shipments
If a customer refuses delivery of an international shipment, fails to pay customs duties or taxes, or does not respond to customs clearance requests, the shipment may be returned, abandoned, or destroyed by the carrier or customs authority.
Orders that are refused, abandoned, or destroyed due to failure to clear customs are not eligible for refunds. If the shipment is successfully returned to Mann Nutrition, any return shipping costs, customs charges, or carrier fees will be deducted from the refund.
Return Shipping Fees
If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or customs clearance failure, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order. Any additional shipping charges must be paid before the order can be resent.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Mann Nutrition is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost during transit:
• Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos if the package is damaged
• We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate
Claims are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Delivery Responsibility
Once a package is marked Delivered by the shipping carrier, Mann Nutrition cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend shipping to a secure address where someone can receive the package.
Chargeback & Fraud Protection
To prevent fraudulent claims and disputes, Mann Nutrition maintains detailed shipping and fulfillment records for every order, including tracking information, carrier delivery confirmation, and shipment documentation.
If a chargeback is filed claiming non-delivery, Mann Nutrition will provide the shipping carrier’s tracking confirmation and delivery records as proof of fulfillment. Carrier delivery confirmation will be considered valid proof of delivery.
